Support aging in place programming, including in-home supports, home modifications, repairs, and behavioral health coaching, partnering with affordable housing providers to support tenants to sustain housing and avoid evictions.

Encourage family caregiving supports, offering access to nutrition programs, transportation assistance, and respite care, which help caregivers maintain well-being and income stability.
