Action Plan Download
Forsyth developed its action plan with over 30 leaders from key organizations, community members and aging advocates over the course of a year. Data collected during the research phase of developing the plan pointed to a need for a more formal structure and process from which community improvements could stem. The plan is meant to be interactive, with the goal of "building the plane while flying" as it relates to developing a response to community needs as they arise. The hope is to address each community challenge comprehensively, focusing on specific, realistic, and timely goals that allow for progress to be accurately measured.
