The opera house installed a modern system in its 780-seat theater, allowing patrons to borrow headsets or connect their own hearing aids, with volunteers trained to help and signage promoting the service. The upgrade improved inclusion and prompted plans to partner with the local adult center to boost engagement in community events while pursuing additional ADA improvements.
