Baltimore County developed its action plan with the goal of creating a more livable, vibrant community. The plan focuses on transportation, housing, outdoor space and buildings, and increasing access to communication and information. The initiative will also create an age-friendly business-friendly plan for the county, offering safe and secure environments, services and trained staff who serve customers of all ages and abilities, attracting customers of all ages and abilities, and recognizing the spending power of a large segment of the population.

Improve health access for older adults by encouraging inclusion and equity principles among county health care providers, increasing service coordination across health setting continuum, improving, utilization and access to care through telehealth, and identifying gaps in service that diminish access to mental, trauma-related and behavioral health services.Housing
