Description: As part of a smart city initiative, an online tool will be developed that will allow residents and businesses to use city services that can improve their daily lives, such as applying for government services and paying taxes. This tool will empower, engage and enliven all city residents so that they have an efficient, meaningful, experience when they engage with government.
