As the home of the Kentucky School for the Deaf, Danville has a significant population of residents who are deaf or hard of hearing. The goal of this project is to foster a greater sense of belonging for these individuals and to strengthen their sense of 'place' by inviting them to contribute to a large, visible piece of public artwork installed on one of the most prominent buildings in town.
