Description: This project will improve access to fresh food in South Providence Rhode Island by developing a volunteer managed garden. Food harvested from this project will be prepared and served in the local Soup Kitchen which provides over 130,000 meals to community members each year.

Description: This grant will engage residents of all ages in intergenerational activities by providing ADA accessible benches, picnic tables, and game/chess tables in a frequently used urban park. These design improvements will enhance existing features of the park by providing places of rest and social interaction.
